• 35 Fancy Red Angus X Simmental Bred Heifers
  • Our heifers were put together from the Mackenzie Bull Sale last fall and the Little Royal this spring. 
  • The Brylor heifers are F1 crosses, 1/2 Angus and 1/2 Simmental, making them true half bloods. As well, they carry no brands! Truly a great package of 15 red bred heifers! 
  • The Dunlop Ranch heifers were specifically selected at the Little Royal, to fit into our red breeding program. Weve had great success with both Ranches, with high numbers of conception rate and super quiet heifers! 20 Fancy Dunlop heifers!
  • This year, all red heifers were bred red. Bulls went in on May 15/23 and pulled July 15/23. Sunrise Red Angus Bulls were used. 
  • Full herd health program of Vira Shield 6, 8-way, 1st Scour Bos Shot, and Ivomec. This will be give at preg testing November 1/23.

The Lynch-Staunton family has been ranching in the Pincher Creek and North Fork
Oldman River district of South West Alberta since 1885. Our land is primarily native
grass in the foothills of the Livingstone Range.

In addition to raising beef cattle, we have been breeding Beefbooster M1 bulls since 1984.
Our overall breeding goal is to produce low maintenance cattle that require minimal
winter feeding and attention.
We want cattle that you dont have to touch. Our primary selection criterion is fertility.
In our breeding program, we also incorporate a multi trait selection index that includes calving ease, mothering ability, weaning weight, growth, and carcass weight.
These particular cows spent the summer in the Gap Forestry Allotment which is part of
the tributaries that feed the Oldman River.
